At Ability Enterprises, we work alongside community and corporate partners to inspire social good and to advance employment opportunities for marginalised people facing barriers to employment.

 

Through contract work and business opportunities, we provide a social enterprise vehicle for people who need a second chance at employment. All of our employees are paid full, award wages.

 

Our partners and supporters represent a range of industries and work with us in a variety of ways. Together, we work to influence systemic change, inspire respect and diversity in the workplace and create greater employment opportunities for people living with mental illness, people living with a disability, refugees and Indigenous Australians.

 

 We work to provide a rich and rewarding experience for our partners and supporters, and actively seek opportunities to value add to partnerships through innovative management practices.
